Service: Telegram bot @ZuviAiBot

The bot reads the group chats you select, finds messages matching your
description, and sends you a link to what it found. To understand meaning,
the message text is sent to an AI provider. The bot does not read private
conversations. Messages are stored for a limited time and deleted
automatically.
The service is operated by its owner. All requests go through the bot
itself, @ZuviAiBot: send it a message and
it reaches the operator.
Requests concerning data deletion or any other matter are answered within
30 days.
About you as a user:
From the monitored group chats:
The bot processes group chats only, and only those a user has marked.
Private conversations, unmarked chats, and closed groups it has no access
to are never read.
The bot does not collect phone numbers, addresses, payment details,
location data, or the contents of media files.

Data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with third
parties for their own purposes.
To tell a relevant message from a merely similar one, the message text and
your filter description are processed by artificial intelligence systems.
Part of this processing runs on our own computing resources, part involves
third-party providers of such services.
When a message is matched against a filter, only the message text and the
filter text are transmitted. When a discussion recap is composed, the
author's display name — the one every chat participant already sees — is
transmitted along with the text. The author's Telegram identifier, their
username and the message link are not transmitted.
The set of providers may change for technical reasons. All of them operate
may operate in other jurisdictions and process data on terms standard for the industry,
which may include the use of de-identified data to improve their systems.

After account deletion, everything except payment history is erased within
7 days.
/delete command in the bot,/pause command; the bot stops notifying youIf you wrote a message in a group chat and do not want it processed by this
service, write to the bot. Your messages will be removed
from storage and no longer processed.
Please note: the service processes messages from open group chats, where
they are visible to every member. The service has no access to messages you
cannot see yourself.
Data is stored on a server with restricted access and transmitted over
encrypted channels. Only the service operator has database access.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please
do not send the bot information whose disclosure would be critical.
The service is not intended for persons under 16 and does not knowingly
collect their data.
Users will be notified in the bot at least 14 days before any material
change to this policy takes effect. The date of the latest revision is shown
at the top of this document.
