Manage found leads without replying twice

A found message becomes useful when someone checks it, owns the next step and avoids duplicate replies.

Check context

Open the lead card and source message. See whether the person has already solved the problem and whether the group permits a reply. A private chat still requires membership.

Track status

Keep an incoming finding New, mark Contacted after reaching out, and move stale posts to Obsolete. Favorites collect high-priority findings. /leads searches saved messages by text.

Split the work

A team chat can receive the same findings. Claiming a lead assigns one owner, and a second simultaneous tap should not replace them. Your team should still coordinate the actual response.

Improve the filter

Mark an ad or unrelated result Irrelevant. Submit missed requests as examples. Feedback stays with the filter owner and does not change live rules without confirmation.

Try it with your groups

Open Zuvi, choose an accessible source and test the rule on a real example before monitoring starts.
