Define the data you need
If you need every participant, a complete chat archive or downloaded media, use a different tool. If you need new customer requests, topic mentions or questions across several groups, a filtered feed with source links is usually more useful. Zuvi works with messages, not a contact database.
How message finding works
Choose groups a connected account or the bot can read. Describe the intent, such as ‘someone seeks an air-conditioner repair person in Nha Trang; exclude repair companies advertising themselves.’ Zuvi checks new messages, stores probable matches and sends alerts. The lead feed keeps a path back to each source.
Check quality
A parser matching only ‘repair’ will catch ads, advice and casual conversation. A semantic filter can separate requests from offers, but it can still err. Test a positive and a negative example, label irrelevant findings, submit misses and review an edited filter before saving it.
Access and history
A public group URL alone does not prove message access. Private groups may need an invitation or approval. /status reports connection state. Imported history supports summaries and is not presented as a fresh lead.
When Zuvi is not the right parser
Zuvi does not export member lists, read private conversations or bypass group access. It is not a general CSV archive exporter. For finding concrete new requests in accessible groups, you can start with one free group.
Try it with your groups
Open Zuvi, choose an accessible source and test the rule on a real example before monitoring starts.
