Automate Telegram group monitoring for incoming leads

Chat automation might mean auto-replies, moderation, CRM workflows or finding important messages. Zuvi automates lead discovery and hands findings to a person.

What gets automated

After you choose accessible groups and set a filter, Zuvi processes new messages, saves likely matches and sends alerts. You do not need to read every chat manually. A discussion recap can provide an overview of a topic.

Set up a lead flow

Describe a concrete customer request and exclude provider ads. Choose immediate alerts or an hourly batch. In /leads, mark New, Contacted or Obsolete and favorite important findings. The flow prevents missed requests but does not decide how a manager should respond.

Coordinate a team

Findings can also go to a team chat. One person can claim a lead to reduce duplicate replies. Open the original before contacting anyone: a message URL does not automatically grant access to a private group.

What Zuvi is not

Zuvi does not automatically message prospects, moderate other people's groups or run arbitrary CRM or n8n workflows. Mass outreach, sales funnels and member-list exports are different tasks. Its automation covers finding and initial handling of relevant messages.

Measure usefulness

Look beyond the count of captured messages: how many contain the need you care about? Label false alerts and misses, refine the rule with examples and check /status so a lack of access is not mistaken for a lack of leads.

Try it with your groups

Open Zuvi, choose an accessible source and test the rule on a real example before monitoring starts.
