How to find customers in Telegram groups by real intent

Customer search starts by telling a request from an advertisement, not by watching one broad word like ‘repair’ or ‘taxi’.

Choose suitable groups

Look for communities where people actually ask about your service. A focused local group may yield less noise than a huge general chat. In Zuvi, select sources relevant to your work and wait until their access status is working.

Describe the request

A useful rule states direction: ‘The author seeks an air-conditioner repair person in Ho Chi Minh City or asks for a contact; exclude repair companies advertising themselves.’ Add short variants and explicit exclusions for advice to others or already resolved needs.

Review early results

Open source posts and label findings Useful or Irrelevant. Submit a missed request as an example. Compare a proposed filter edit against saved examples before confirming it. A handful of good tests cannot prove quality across every group.

Handle the lead

Mark Contacted after reaching out and favorite promising requests. Teams can claim an owner. Zuvi does not message people automatically; your response should respect context and group rules.

Try it with your groups

Open Zuvi, choose an accessible source and test the rule on a real example before monitoring starts.
